Tight-Tolerance Easy-to-Machine 303 Stainless Steel
This material has tighter tolerances than standard 303 stainless steel. Widely used for fabricating fittings and fasteners, 303 stainless steel machines quickly without sticking to cutting tools. It maintains its corrosion resistance in temperatures up to 1500° F.
Bars have close tolerances on the thickness and the width.

Corrosion-Resistant 316 Stainless Steel
The addition of molybdenum gives 316 stainless steel excellent corrosion resistance. Use it in a variety of marine and chemical-processing applications. It maintains its corrosion resistance up to the maximum temperature.
316/316L stainless steel contains less carbon than standard 316 for better weldability.

Multipurpose 6061 Aluminum Sheets and Bars

The most widely used aluminum, 6061 is fabricated into everything from pipe fittings and containers to automotive and aerospace parts. It is strong and corrosion resistant, plus it's easy to machine and weld.
Extruded sheets and bars are formed by a die for close-tolerance widths, then cut to the lengths listed.
Aluminum that meets ASTM B209 or ASTM B221 complies with standards for materials.
Aluminum that meets an SAE AMS standard conforms to the material and process needs of the aerospace industry.
If you don’t see the sheet or bar size you need, please specify dimensions under additional sheet sizes or additional bar lengths.

Tight-Tolerance Low-Carbon Steel Bars

Sometimes called flat stock, these bars have a thickness and width that are precision ground to a tight tolerance. They’re low-carbon steel, also known as mild steel, which is easy to machine, form, and weld. Use them for fabricating parts that don’t require high strength, such as fixture clamps and mounting plates. For added wear resistance, the surface can be hardened with heat treating. All have been manufactured to meet ASTM A36 standards for quality and performance.
