Nonsparking Wedges

Aluminum Bronze

These wedges are made of nonsparking materials. They're good for making quick height adjustments. Use in pairs for parallel adjustment. Also known as fox and flange wedges.

Warning: Do not use these tools in direct contact with acetylene.

Aluminum Bronze—Aluminum bronze wedges are Factory Mutual approved, nonmagnetic, and corrosion resistant. They satisfy OSHA requirements that specify nonsparking tools for locations where flammable vapors and combustible residues are present.

Heavy Duty Tapered Shims

Align heavy machinery. Originally designed for leveling leaf springs on pick-up trucks, these aluminum shims are stronger than plastic and wood shims. Wedge them under your machine’s feet until you reach the desired level—no need to stack multiple flat shims. Ridges grip surfaces to prevent these shims from sliding, while also facilitating small adjustments. To secure them in place, drive a screw through the center mounting hole.

Dual-Clamping Fixture Clamps

Machinable Dual-Clamping Fixture Clamps

Machine these fixture clamps to match the contours of your workpieces for a stronger grip. Place the clamp between the two workpieces in a fixture and tighten the screw to extend the sides of the clamp, creating a secure hold against both workpieces. Clog-Resistant Polishing Stones for Steel

No need to stop and clean these stones as you polish—they’re filled with oil to keep debris from getting stuck in the pores. Use a holder to polish by hand or with a power tool (both sold separately). You’ll also need a water-soluble or oil-based lubricant to wash away debris and reduce friction and heat on your workpiece.

Tank Car Pry Lever Bars

Safely open manway covers on tank cars. These pry bars have a u-shaped end that grips the cover’s handle, giving you leverage to break the suction caused by pressure differences between the inside and outside of the tank. Wheel Chocks


Style 7	Style 8

Keep wheels stationary while loading, unloading, and servicing vehicles. Chocks for wheel diameters 30" and larger are typically used for commercial vehicles, including semi-trucks and tractors. Chocks for wheel diameters under 30" are for use on small cars, trucks, and vans.

Chocks with a rope, carrying handle, or U-bolt handle give you a gripping point for easy carrying.
