Use these sleeves alone or with gloves to protect your arms when handling sharp objects. They meet ANSI/ISEA 105 standards for various forms of protection, such as cut, abrasion, and puncture resistance.

All have an ANSI cut rating, which reflects the amount of force needed to cut through them with a razor blade. Sleeves with an A4 rating meet the common required minimum in industrial settings. They’re good for jobs involving sharp-edged materials, such as sheet metal and glass. Choose A5 when using cutting blades, knives, and sharp wire. A7 are ideal when working with sharp metal stamps and presses, as well as food-processing knives. Use A9 when handling spikes and bulky objects with sharp edges.

Polyester/nylon/spandex sleeves are thick and durable, so they’re often used for glass manufacturing. They are highly resistant to cuts and abrasion, and they also prevent punctures. Clip them to your sleeve to keep them in place.

Sleeves that meet EN 388 adhere to European standards for abrasion, tear, cut, and puncture resistance.

Snap these sleeves on your forearm to shield from sharp objects and fragments as thin as needles, glass shards, and metal shavings. They meet the ANSI needlestick rating, which rates gloves and sleeves on a scale of 1-5 based on how much force it takes to puncture them with a needle. Higher numbers represent more protection.

These sleeves meet ANSI/ISEA 105 standards for various forms of protection, such as resistance to cuts, abrasion, punctures, and heat. PVC Chemical-Resistant Gloves

Gloves with Sleeve

Protect your hands from common chemicals, such as sodium hydroxide and sulfuric acid. Often used for chemical washdowns, these gloves are good for tasks where durability is more important than dexterity. They hold up to repeated use, and they won’t absorb water even after soaking for long periods. However, they offer less chemical protection than our other chemical-resistant gloves. They shouldn’t be used with strong organic solvents.

Gloves that meet ANSI/ISEA 105 or EN 388 standards are rated for various forms of protection, such as cuts, abrasions, or punctures.

Arc-Flash-Protection Sleeves

Protect your arms from the heat and flames of electrical arc flashes. These sleeves are tested to ASTM F2675 for arc-flash protection. Their arc rating measures their ability to protect against burns; the higher the arc rating, the greater the flame resistance. Check the minimum arc rating and PPE category provided for your workplace.

These sleeves also meet ANSI/ISEA 105 standards for cut protection. Rated A5, they are safe to use with cutting blades, knives, and sharp wire.
