These gravity-operated louvers remain open only when air flows, preventing backdrafts.
Stainless steel louvers resist corrosion, so they won’t rust in harsh environments.
Motor kits (sold separately) open louver blades when air is not flowing. They also allow you to control the angle at which the louver blades open.

Combination Fixed- and Movable-Blade Wall Louvers
Fixed front blades give you consistent sight lines when viewing these louvers from outside, while hidden rear blades open and close.
Airflow is the volume of air passing through the louver. Your louver should allow the necessary airflow required for your HVAC system.
Water penetration rating is the air velocity at which water will start to pass through the louver. The higher the number, the better protected the louver is from rain.
Pressure drop is the amount of pressure lost as air passes through the louver into your system. The lower the pressure drop, the higher the airflow.

Weather-Resistant Fixed-Blade Wall Louvers
Designed with blades that drain water down the jambs, these louvers keep water from running down the front of the blades, even in harsh weather. All louvers have a seal of air performance and water penetration from Air Movement and Control Association (AMCA), so they’ve passed rigorous testing to ensure minimal airflow resistance, while preventing light rainfall from entering your duct system.
Wind-driven rain resistant louvers are AMCA Class A, which means they've achieved the highest rating when tested with strong winds and heavy rain.
Hurricane louvers meet AMCA 540 and 550, so they have passed tests for impact, rain, and wind common in a hurricane.
Storm shelter louvers comply with FEMA 361 and International Code Council (ICC) 500 safety standards for storm shelters.

Roof Louvers
These louvers are gravity operated. The blades open when your roof-mounted exhaust fan goes on and close when it's off, preventing backdrafts. The felt seal on the face of the blades ensures quiet closing and better protection from the weather.
Mounting bases are sold separately. Louvers fit the bottom of the mounting base and must be secured to the lip of the base with sheet metal screws (not included).
Motor kits (sold separately) let you open louvers when you’re not running your exhaust fan but still want to let air flow into your ventilation system.
