    Retaining Nuts for Backup Pads

    Thread these nuts onto your tool’s arbor to hold a sanding disc against the backup pad. They're made for discs that have an unthreaded arbor hole. Use a spanner wrench (sold separately) to tighten the nut.

    Soft—Soft pads have a thicker layer of foam than hard pads, which conforms to contoured surfaces. They're also great for finishing work.
