Disc-Cleaning Backup Pads for Arbor-Mount Sanding Discs

With a free-spinning hub, these pads rotate independently while their raised ribs graze the back of the disc to clear debris and prolong the disc's life. Mount the backup pad to your tool’s arbor, then attach the sanding disc and secure with a nut.
Pads for 7" and 9" disc diameter have a scalloped edge that applies less pressure on the work surface, reducing operator effort.

Cushioned Hook and Loop Sanding Discs

Thread one of these pads onto the tool's arbor. Once the pad is secured, you can quickly attach, remove, and reuse hook and loop sanding discs.
Hard-density pads are best for aggressive cutting on flat surfaces.
Soft-density pads have a thicker layer of foam than hard-density pads, which conforms to contoured surfaces. They're also great for finishing work.
