Anti-Vibration Long-Life Band Saw Blades

Improve accuracy, increase stability, and reduce noise while cutting with a band saw—the teeth on these blades vary in size, number per inch, and pattern to reduce vibration. They’re bimetal blades, which means they have a carbon steel body and high-speed steel teeth that last up to four times longer than carbon steel teeth. The teeth are sharp enough to bite through wood, metal, and plastic—from bars to pipes to structural framing. Thin and flexible, these blades cut both complex curves and long, straight lines.
When choosing a blade, consider the number of teeth. The more teeth per inch, the smoother the finish; the fewer teeth per inch, the faster and rougher the cut. All have a welded seam and are ready to install between the wheels on your band saw.

Band Saw Blades for Straight Cuts

These carbon steel blades are good for making straight cuts. Tooth size and number per inch are constant throughout the blade. Choose blades with more teeth per inch for a smooth finish; choose blades with fewer teeth per inch for fast, rough cutting. All have a welded seam and are ready to install on your saw.

Fast-Cut Band Saw Blades for Soft Materials

The tightly spaced, V-shaped teeth on these blades cut through soft materials more quickly than scallop-edge blades. The edge is sharpened like a knife blade to cut through soft nonmetal such as foam, rubber, and packing materials of any thickness. They have a welded seam and are ready to install on your saw.

Band Saw Blades for Straight Cuts in Hardwood

These rigid carbon steel blades make straight cuts. Also known as hook-tooth raker-set blades. They have forward-angled teeth that dig into hardwood such as maple, oak, and walnut. Tooth size and number per inch are constant throughout the blade, and the teeth are set to the left and right in a repeating pattern. Choose blades with more teeth per inch for a smooth finish; choose blades with fewer teeth per inch for fast, rough cutting. Blades have a welded seam and are ready to install on your saw.
