For reduced vibration and noise, these mixers have a clamp in addition to the thread-in connection. Propellers are collapsible to fit through 55-gallon drums with a NPT opening size of 2, so there's no need to remove the lid. Also known as direct-drive mixers, they operate at high speeds for rapid turnover. Use them to mix liquids as thin as water or as thick as molasses. Adjust mixing speed with the needle valve. Mixers have four propellers for fast and thorough mixing. Propellers are left hand and move clockwise when viewed from above to direct flow downward for efficient mixing.

Thread these mixers into a drum opening for a secure connection. All of the propellers are left hand and move clockwise when viewed from above to direct flow downward for efficient mixing. Adjust the mixing speed with a needle valve.
Direct-Drive Motor—Direct-drive mixers operate at high speeds for rapid tank turnover
Gear-Drive Motor—Gear-drive mixers turn propellers at low speeds.
For Thin Liquids—Use mixers for thin liquids to blend liquids with a viscosity similar to water and light oils.
For Thick Liquids—Use mixers for thick liquids to blend liquids with a viscosity similar to honey and molasses. They have welded propellers for faster, more thorough mixing than those with set-screw propellers.
1 Propeller and 4 Propellers—Mixers with 1 or 4 propellers have collapsible propellers to fit through 55-gallon drums with a NPT opening size of 2, so there's no need to remove the lid.
