Raise, transport, tilt, and drain full drums using the hook of a crane or hoist. A lock on each side of the frame keeps the drum vertical or horizontal during transport.
Drum adapters fit inside the saddle to hold 30-gallon drums.
Tilt brakes hold your drum in place if chain is released.
Fork pockets allow these lifters to be moved with a forklift.
Bracket kits for fiber and plastic drums bolt onto the side of the drum saddle and clamp to the top and bottom of the drum. They give the lifter enough stability to be used with rimless plastic and fiber drums.
Note: In half-full drums contents shift, which reduces capacity.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.
Chain Grip—Lifters with chain have a ratchet tightener to secure the drum.
Pad Grip—Lifters with pads have adjustment screws to secure the drum.

Slide these dispensers onto the forks of a forklift to raise a drum, then use the hand chain to tilt and drain it from up to 10 feet away. Drums can rotate 360° in either direction. Chains or straps with ratchet-style tighteners secure the drums. Note: In half-full drums contents shift, which reduces capacity.
Drum adapters fit inside the saddle to hold 30-gallon drums.
Tilt brakes prevent the drum from tilting when not in use.
Bracket kits for fiber and plastic drums retrofit Style A dispensers to have the same capabilities as Style B dispensers. They bolt onto the side of the drum saddle and clamp to the top and bottom of the drum to give the dispenser enough stability to be used with rimless plastic and fiber drums.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.
Style B—Style B dispensers have a built-in bracket assembly that grips the drum from the top and bottom, allowing them to lift rimless fiber, plastic, or steel drums.

Image of Product. Front orientation. Contains Annotated. Pail Lifters.
Hook these lifters to a crane or hoist to pick up 5-gallon pails and pour out their contents. A hand wheel rotates the pail 360° in either direction, so you can easily dump adhesives, paint, or chemicals into containers without spilling or splashing. You can lock the wheel at any angle—in 45° increments—to control the flow of material. A bracket fits over the top of the pail to keep it from falling when it’s upended. These lifters also have a ratcheting strap to secure the center of the pail.
These lifters work with straight- or tapered-wall pails. Measure diameter at the pail’s midpoint.

Gain the extra leverage needed to lift heavy drums from horizontal to upright without straining your back. These upenders help you maneuver drums into the right spot for storage or get them onto a pallet. Use the two end prongs to twist the drum into your preferred position. A drum plug wrench on the back eliminates the need for a second tool.

    Hydraulic Drum Handlers with Chute

Image of ProductInUse. Front orientation. Contains Annotated. Drum Lifters. Hydraulic Drum Handlers with Chute.
With the push of a button, the electric hydraulic lift raises the drum and a chute controls the flow of the material being dispensed to prevent splashes and spills. A clamp on each side of the chute secures the drum. Handlers have a handheld pendant switch and operate only when the push-buttons are engaged. A limit switch turns off the motor when the drum reaches the maximum height. Load will not drop in the event of a power failure. Screw-down floor locks keep handlers stationary during operation.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

    Position

Instead of tilting these trucks during transport, push on the handle to lift a drum straight off the ground and move it easily over obstacles. Push the handle down to tilt the drum and dispense. They are suited for long distance moves and are easier to move than mobile drum dispensing stands. Trucks have a drum saddle with a chain and ratchet-style tightener to secure the drum. A handle lock prevents unintentional lowering and a tilt lock keeps the drum vertical. Release the tilt lock for mixing. The rear swivel caster makes them easy to steer. Their lightweight polypropylene wheels roll best on smooth surfaces.

Move a drum where you need it, then dispense. Also known as drum cradles, these stands are an economical way to store, mix, and drain drums. Drum rim catches secure drums and prevent them from slipping out.
Note: Length for stands with telescoping handles is with handles in the retracted position.
Style F—Style F stands have load wedges that slide under the drum for easy loading and cross braces with rollers that let you rotate the drum for draining and mixing in the horizontal position.
Telescoping Handle—Telescoping handles provide leverage and control when tipping a drum to empty.
Skid-Resistant Surface—Skid-resistant surfaces prevent sliding when loading.
Polypropylene Wheel and Polyethylene Wheel—Polypropylene and polyethylene wheels are lightweight and roll best on smooth surfaces.
Rubber Wheel—Rubber wheels absorb shock, are quiet, and roll over smooth or rough surfaces.

    Kickstand

These corrosion-resistant stainless steel trucks withstand harsh environments and frequent washdowns. Load wedges slide under the drum for easy loading and unloading, and a spring-loaded kickstand keeps the truck standing and adds stability during dispensing. The four polypropylene wheels are suitable for long distance moves on smooth surfaces.

    Stand

    Stand with Telescoping Handle

Also known as drum cradles, these stands are an economical way to store, mix, and drain drums in a single location. The frame has a skid-resistant surface to prevent sliding when loading. A drum rim catch in the base of the frame secures the drum.
Note: Length for stand with telescoping handle is with handle in the retracted position.
Telescoping Handle—Telescoping handle increases leverage when tipping to empty drums.

    Push Button Tilt

    Mechanism

From the comfort of your forklift, just push a button to dispense heavy drums into large containers, vats, and hoppers. The battery-powered tilt offers greater precision than a manual tilt for a smoother, more controlled pour. You can rotate drums 180° in either direction. It takes about 15 seconds to fully invert them. On a single charge, you’ll be able to empty about 70 drums. These dispensers slide onto your forklift forks and secure with thumb screws. A chain with a ratchet-style tightener holds the drum in place.
Drum adapters fit inside the saddle to hold 30-gallon drums.
Bracket kits for fiber and plastic drums bolt onto the side of the drum saddle and clamp to the top and bottom of the drum. They give the dispenser enough stability to be used with rimless plastic and fiber drums.
Note: Contents shift in half-full drums, which reduces capacity.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

To create a convenient dispensing station, place your round, 5-gallon safety can in these stands. You can also use them with buckets or pails. They'll lock your vessel in place as you dispense. Since they fold up, they're easy to move around and store.

Spills while dispensing drums are contained in an internal sump, so you can transport the drum even after a spill occurs. A U-shaped platform with a recessed step and molded handles makes loading, unloading, and tipping to dispense easy. A strap secures the drum. In the dispensing position, the drum is held at a slight downward angle for better flow. The sump has two openings with garden hose threads for drainage.
Meets EPA 40 CFR 264.175 for secondary containment of hazardous waste.
