    Combine style and safety with these caps. Inside each cap is a protective insert for added defense against minor bumps and scrapes. If the insert cracks or you require a different style, such as one to fit over long hair, we offer replacement inserts.
    Baseball Bump Cap—Baseball caps are sportier than standard bump caps.
    Ratchet Adjustment—Bump caps with ratchet adjustment have a strap that tightens in small increments for a secure and comfortable fit. They can be more precisely adjusted than bump caps with a pinlock suspension.
    Short Brim—Caps with a short brim won’t block your view and allow you to work in tight spaces.
    Vented—Vented caps increase air circulation to keep you cool.
    EN 812—Caps that meet EN 812 adhere to European standards for protection against hard, stationary objects.
    ISO 14116—Caps that meet ISO 14116 have been treated to resist flames.

    Cut-Protection Hats

    Stop sharp edges, wire, and screws from scratching your head—these hats shield you from low-hanging hazards. They have a layer of tiny protective plates on top of a layer of polyester for a strong, durable guard against gashes and scrapes. On a scale of A1 to A9 where a higher rating means more protection, these are rated ANSI level A7. They protect against sharp materials such as metal, glass, and wood.

    Convert a hat into a bump cap to protect your head from minor bumps and scrapes. The insert tucks inside your hat's sweatband for secure positioning. Ventilation holes increase air circulation to keep you cool. Foam padding on the inside of the insert increases protection and comfort for your head. All are adjustable to fit your head size.

    Flame- and Arc-Flash-Protection Hats

    Protect your head from flames and arc flashes while keeping sweat and sun out of your eyes. These hats meet NFPA 70E standards for arc flash protection. They’re rated PPE category 2, which is the most common arc flash standard for industrial applications. Made of a cotton/nylon blend, these hats resist flames and withstand wear. They’re also breathable to keep you cool in hot environments. Adjust the hook-and-loop strap on the back to secure them on your head.
    Check the PPE category and minimum arc rating provided for your workplace, and select all required clothing and personal protective equipment to meet that rating. Arc rating measures a garment’s ability to insulate the wearer from burns; the higher the arc rating, the greater the flame resistance.
