    Disposable Batteries

    These batteries hold more power than rechargeable batteries but must be replaced more frequently. When choosing a battery, use the capacity, measured in milliampere-hours, to compare among similar sizes. The higher the mA-hr. rating, the longer the battery should last.

    Button contacts sit against the positive terminal of the battery, providing a fixed connection point.
