Choose a sleeve bearing that matches your load and speed requirements and that's right for your environment.

    Dry-Running Metal-Reinforced Plastic Sleeve Bearings

Combine slippery plastic with the strength of metal. The PTFE core is naturally slippery, so you’ll never have to add lubricant. These bearings also keep your workspace clean with no lubricant to drip or flake and attract dust. Compared to all-metal bearings, they are lighter.
With no moving parts, sleeve bearings are the simplest way to support the load of a rotating shaft while reducing friction. Also known as plain bearings.
PTFE with 17-4 PH Stainless Steel Shell—The highest load capacity of any sleeve bearing we offer. 17-4 PH stainless steel offers good corrosion resistance but is heavier than aluminum.

Guide pins, punches, and other components in molds and stamping dies—these bushings help you align the upper and lower halves of your setup. An external channel directs lubricant into these bushings, so you don’t need to line up your nozzle with the lubrication hole. Once the lubricant is inside, a figure-eight-shaped groove distributes it evenly along the surface.

Graphite plugs in these bushings help pins, punches, and other components slide through molds and dies without the mess of grease or oil. These bushings keep the upper and lower halves of your setup aligned. Made from aluminum-bronze, they can handle the high loads and repeat motion of production lines.
