Telescoping tubes, also known as bushing stock, slide over rods and inside shafts to increase or decrease the diameter. Their precise sizing allows ascending sizes to fit inside each other to create a thicker wall. These impact- and wear-resistant tubes offer 360° protection from scrapes and strikes to wires, cords, and anything that can slide through them. UHMW has a low-friction surface that resists sticking and binding.

Clear Scratch- and UV-Resistant Acrylic Round Tubes

When compared to cast acrylic tubes, these extruded acrylic tubes offer nearly the same performance at a fraction of the cost. Use them for sight gauges and protective covers. This scratch- and UV-resistant material stands up to outdoor use better than polycarbonate and maintains clarity over time.

Bearing Guards

For Two-Bolt-Flange-Mount

Bearings

Cover base-mount or flange-mount bearings to protect personnel from injury and keep contaminants out. Place guards over the entire bearing housing and drill holes in their flange to install with screws. If necessary, drill the guards for access to bearing grease fittings or to create space for a shaft to pass through, and trim the flange to fit in tight spaces.

Black—Black ABS guards resist UV light, so they won’t color or crack when exposed to the sun.
