Precision Needle-Roller Bearings
Install these bearings directly onto hardened and ground shafts. They have higher load capacity, speed, and accuracy than standard needle-roller bearings.
Open bearings dissipate heat more efficiently than sealed bearings.
Sealed bearings block out dust and other contaminants.
Shaft liners allow you to use the bearing on unhardened and unground shafts.

Needle-Roller Thrust Bearings
Thinner rollers allow these bearings to fit in tighter spaces than tapered-roller thrust bearings. Because of the large contact area between the rollers and washers (not included), these bearings are great for medium to heavy duty, low-friction jobs. For use on hardened and ground surfaces.
Washers allow you to use the bearing on unhardened and unground surfaces.

Oil-Embedded Thrust Bearings
Startup friction causes these porous bronze bearings to release a thin layer of oil on the bearing’s surface. They are also known as Oilite® bearings.
Note: Dynamic load capacity is the maximum load a bearing can withstand at a given shaft speed. If your application’s load and speed requirements are below the values listed, the bearing will work.

Ultra-Low-Friction Oil-Embedded Thrust Bearings
For applications with frequent starts and stops, the oil in these bearings contains particles of slippery PTFE that lubricate the bearing during startup.
Note: Dynamic load capacity is the maximum load a bearing can withstand at a given shaft speed. If your application’s load and speed requirements are below the values listed, the bearing will work.

High-Load Ultra-Low-Friction Oil-Embedded Thrust Bearings
Handle heavy loads that frequently start and stop along shafts—these bearings contain extra iron and slippery PTFE lubricant. Startup friction causes a thin layer of PTFE to release onto the surface. Thanks to their high iron content, they also resist failing if their load suddenly and drastically increases, but they won’t run as fast as standard bearings. They’re thrust bearings, which means they support loads parallel to the shaft.

- Yield Strength: 11,000 psi
- Hardness: Not Rated
- Temper: Not Rated
- Heat Treatable: No
- Specifications Met: ASTM B438
Powdered bronze is pressed and then impregnated with SAE 30 oil to make this material self-lubricating. Use it to make bearings and parts for hard-to-reach areas that would be difficult to access for lubrication, such as well pumps and turbine blades. These tubes are oversized on the outside and undersized on the inside to allow for finishing to the sizes listed.

Wide-Rim Ring Shims
Also known as machinery bushings, these shims have an oversized OD to create a larger bearing surface for reduced wear between moving parts. Use them to precisely align, level, and adjust spacing on shafts and machinery.
Carbon steel shims have excellent strength and can be welded.

Washdown Clamping Shaft Collars
Suitable for use in washdown applications, these plastic collars also offer good chemical resistance. They clamp evenly around the shaft to create a strong, mar-free hold. To use, slide onto your shaft and tighten the clamping screw to secure.
Acetal collars have a naturally slippery surface and resist swelling when exposed to moisture.

MDS-Filled Easy-to-Machine Wear-Resistant Cast Nylon Tubes
- Color: Black
- Maximum Temperature: 230° F
- Tensile Strength: 10,000 psi (Good)
- Impact Strength: 1.4 ft.-lbs./in. (Poor)
- Hardness: Rockwell R110 (Hard)

- Specifications Met: ASTM D5989
The addition of MDS gives these tubes exceptional wear resistance along with a self-lubricating surface. They're made of cast nylon 6, making them easier to machine and better electrical insulators than other MDS-filled nylon tubes. Tubes can be used to fabricate pulleys, bushings, and bearings installed in hard-to-reach areas where adding a lubricant would be difficult. The OD is oversized and the ID is undersized to allow for finishing to the sizes listed. This material is comparable to Nylatron and Nycast.
