Dual-Drive Hex Bit Sockets

When vertical space is tight or you need an extra twist on your socket, use these dual-drive hex bit sockets. They work with a standard square-drive tool and a box or open-end wrench. Tighten them with your square-drive tool and give them an additional turn with the leverage from your open-end or box wrench. Or just use a box or open-end wrench when you can’t fit your square-drive tool. Pair them with hand-drive tools only.

Dual-Drive Hex Bit Socket Sets

In addition to a standard square drive, the sockets in these sets have a hex-shaped base so you can use a ratchet wrench along with an open-end or box wrench for additional leverage. Or, if your screw is in a space where a ratchet wrench won’t fit, insert one of these sockets into the screw head and turn it with an open-end or box wrench. For use with hand-drive tools only.

Dual-Drive Torx Bit Socket Sets

In addition to a standard square drive, the sockets in these sets have a hex-shaped base so you can use a ratchet wrench along with an open-end or box wrench for additional leverage. Or, if your screw is in a space where a ratchet wrench won’t fit, insert one of these sockets into the screw head and turn it with an open-end or box wrench. Torx bit sockets fasten Torx screws often used in electronics, vehicles, and bicycles. Also known as star drives. For use with hand-drive tools only.
