Continuous-Duty Any-Direction Constant-Flow-Rate Pumps for Water and Coolants
Rated for continuous use, this pump is often used to move caustics such as antifreeze and salt water. Mount it in any position, even upside down. Also known as a diaphragm pump, it is typically used for low-flow spraying, draining, and washdown applications. Pump has a pressure switch that automatically shuts off the pump at the maximum pressure. It is self-priming, which means it creates a suction force to draw liquid upward. Pump can run dry and does not require an initial fill, so it’s a good choice for applications without a constant flow of liquid. Do not use with solids.

PTFE Air-Powered Transfer Pumps for Harsh Chemicals
With all PTFE wetted parts, these pumps offer the best chemical resistance of all our air-powered transfer pumps and can handle solvents and petroleum-based fluids that PVDF pumps can’t. Pumps are self-priming, which means they create a suction force to draw liquid upward to fill the pump chamber. All can run dry.
Fluid-side maintenance kits include diaphragms, check valve balls, and seals.
Air-motor maintenance kits include seals, O-rings, gaskets, retaining rings, and an air valve spool.

Drum Pumps for Harsh Chemicals
Made with PTFE components, these pumps stand up to aggressive chemicals our other drum pumps can't, such as hydrochloric acid, bleach, sodium hydroxide, and methyl ethyl ketone (MEK). A stopcock prevents fluid and vapor from leaking after use.
Nondrip Drum Pumps for Fuel and Flammable Liquid
Eliminate leaks and waste with a faucet-style nondrip nozzle that quickly starts and stops flow. Pressurize your container with a few pumps of the plunger handle, and use the one-touch nozzle to manage flow. Hold down the nozzle for intermittent dispensing, open the nozzle fully for continuous flow, and close the nozzle to stop flow entirely.
Always bond and ground your application for static control. For more information about bonding and grounding, see Sections 1910.106 and 1910.107 of the Federal OSHA Code or see bonding and grounding equipment.
NFPA approved pumps are rated for use with Class I and II flammable and combustible liquids such as fuels, alcohols, and acetone.

Fixed-Flow-Rate Metering Pumps for Chemicals
Also known as peristaltic pumps and tubing pumps, these maintain a fixed flow rate. Pumps are self-priming, which means they create a suction force to draw liquid upward and fill the pump chamber. Mount them up to 25 feet above your liquid source. All can run dry. Do not use with solids.
Pumps with Viton® fluoroelastomer tubing withstand oil such as gasoline and hydraulic oil.

Panel-Mount Fixed-Flow-Rate Metering Pumps for Chemicals
Install these pumps in a panel cutout. Often used in food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and lab applications, they dispense small amounts of liquid at a set rate. Pumps can be wired to a switch for manual operation, or a PLC for automated equipment. The removable pump head includes an intake tube that quickly connects to your line with barbed fittings (not included). To change lines, disconnect tubing and twist and pull the head off the motor. Then twist on a replacement head (sold separately). Pumps come in three colors for easy identification or to match your existing equipment. All are self-priming and create suction to draw liquid upward. Mount pumps up to 28 ft. above your liquid source. They can run dry.

High-Pressure Metering Pumps for Chemicals
These pumps can be used with pressures four times higher than standard pumps. An adjustment dial lets you alter flow rate in 2.5% increments of the maximum flow without the hassle of changing tubing. Often used in boiler feed systems and water treatment, they're compatible with chemicals such as cleaning fluids and acid-washing solutions. Pumps are self-priming and create suction to draw liquid upward. They can run dry.
