Twist-Resistant Block Spade Terminals

The squared shoulders fit more tightly in terminal block gaps than standard spade terminals, so the wire is less likely to turn or jostle.

Spade terminals are faster to install than ring terminals because they don't require you to remove the screw from the terminal block or other connection point. Attach your wire with a crimping tool to avoid a damaged barrel and loose connection.

Vinyl Plastic Insulation—Our basic insulation, vinyl prevents the wire from short circuiting and won’t break down from dirt, grime, and occasional twists and tugs.

Nylon Insulation—In addition to preventing short circuits, this wear-resistant insulation protects wire from vibration and rubbing against nearby edges.

Noninsulated—The basic, economical option when short circuits from nearby wiring aren't a concern.

Tin-Plated Brass Internal Sleeve—Metal internal sleeves add holding strength and strain relief to keep the wire secure when bent, pulled, or vibrated.

Spade Terminal Assortments for Thermocouples

Made from the same material as thermocouples, these terminals ensure solid thermocouple signals and precise readings. To install, squeeze the barrel evenly and securely onto the wire with a crimping tool, slide the terminal under the screw head, and tighten.
