    Elastic

Smooth and shine the surface of your workpiece. These bonnets are gentler than buffing and polishing pads, so they’re used for the final finishing steps. They fit over the backup pad on your polishing tool. Order a bonnet that’s one size larger than your pad.
Lambswool and Polyester Fabric—Lambswool and polyester bonnets are slightly more abrasive than terry cloth bonnets. They’re often used for buffing out light scratches and swirl marks from compounding. Use a bonnet cleaner to remove buildup on lambswool bonnets to extend their life.
Terrycloth—Terry cloth bonnets are extra soft, so they’re often used to apply protectants to polished surfaces. They’re not as good at removing imperfections as lambswool or polyester bonnets, but they won’t leave swirl marks.
Bonnet Cleaners—Use a bonnet cleaner to remove buildup on lambswool bonnets to extend their life.

These filters fit over fans with round guards to trap dust and debris, keeping contaminants out of the air and off of your fan. An elastic band holds them securely in place.
Fan-Front Mount—Fan-front-mount filters fit over the entire front of fans, blocking dust that has entered the fan from blowing back out into the air.
Fan-Back Mount—Fan-back-mount filters have a center hole, and secure around a fan’s motor housing with a hook and loop closure. They filter air as it enters the fan, protecting the blades and bearings from wear and damage while also reducing the amount of dust the fan will blow out.
Polyester Plastic Filter—Polyester plastic filters are disposable—replace them when they’re dirty.
Polypropylene Filter—Polypropylene filters have an electrostatic charge that attracts particles, and can be washed and reused.
White—Dirt and dust stands out on white filters, so it’s easy to see when they need to be cleaned or replaced.

Keep your hair out of the way to prevent stray hairs from contaminating food.
Bouffant—Bouffant hair covers cover your entire head. For short- to medium-length hair, use those with a 20" to 21" stretched diameter; for longer or thicker hair, choose a 24" stretched diameter.
Neck Guard—Hair covers with a neck guard also extend down the back of your neck to cover neck hairs.
Kleenguard Polypropylene Fabric—Kleenguard polypropylene fabric is made of five layers of nonwoven fabric, so it is harder to tear than Tyvek polyethylene. It holds up to occasional contact with nonhazardous liquids, such as water and paint spray.
Polypropylene Fabric—Polypropylene fabric offers economical protection in environments where liquid splashes are not a concern.
Polyester Fabric—Polyester fabric is lightweight mesh, which provides excellent breathability for all day wear.
Polyethylene/Tyvek Fabric—Polyethylene/Tyvek fabric holds up to occasional contact with nonhazardous liquids, such as water and paint spray. It is made of heat- and pressure-bonded fibers that form a barrier that's soft yet strong.
Metal Detectable—Metal-detectable hair covers have a built-in metal clip that will set off metal detectors if they fall into your food line. They’re also bright blue, which makes them easy to spot. Use them to help you comply with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) programs.

1 Polishing Side—Pads with 1 polishing side mount directly to your tool.
2 Polishing Sides—Pads with 2 polishing sides can be flipped for a fresh polishing side. They require an adapter (sold separately).
For Cutting—Use pads for cutting at the beginning of your process to remove heavy oxidation and deep scratches.
For Finishing— Pads for finishing are for the final touches on your workpiece, since they leave the fewest swirl marks.
For Polishing—For smoothing and light repairs, use pads for polishing.
Foam—Foam pads are more delicate than wool pads. They leave fewer swirl marks, but they’re not as good at smoothing burrs or scratches.
Wool and Acrylic/Wool Fabric—Wool and acrylic/wool fabric pads are more aggressive than foam pads, so they’re better at removing imperfections. However, they create more microscopic marks on surfaces.
Polisher Arbor Extensions—Use arbor extensions (sold separately) to add up to 9" between your polisher and pad.

Quick-change connector-mount pads are easier to swap out than arbor-mount pads. Thread the required adapter (sold separately) onto your tool’s arbor just once. Then you can snap the pads on and off the adapter. These pads have a waffle pattern on their face that distributes polish more evenly than flat faces, which helps prevent swirl marks. Polish sits inside the square grooves, so it’s less likely to sling or splatter while you buff.

    Flame and Arc-Flash Cold-Protection Hats

These hats meet NFPA 70E standards for protection against electrical arc flashes for personal protection equipment (PPE) category 2. Check the PPE category and minimum arc rating provided for your workplace, and then select all required clothing and personal protective equipment to meet the minimum arc rating. Arc rating measures a garment’s ability to insulate the wearer from burns; the higher the arc rating, the greater the flame resistance. These hats are made of abrasion-resistant aramid/viscose blend fabric, which keeps you warm without accumulating moisture.

Image of ProductInUse. Front orientation. Hats. Cold-Protection Hats with Lights.
Light up your space when you’re working in cold conditions. These hats have built-in LEDs, so you don’t need to wear a headlamp or hold a flashlight. Made of stretchy fabric, they fit snugly on your head to trap heat. Press a button on the front of the hat to turn the lights on or off. You can also use the button to change the distance setting: the beam angles down for close-up tasks or illuminates up to 72 feet ahead. These hats come with four replaceable batteries that power the lights for up to 68 hours.

    Buffing and Polishing Pad Assortments

Image of Product. Front orientation. Buffing and Polishing Pads. Buffing and Polishing Pad Assortments.
Keep a set of pads on hand to cover every step of the buffing and polishing process. Use pads for cutting at the beginning of your process to remove heavy oxidation and deep scratches. For smoothing and light repairs, use pads for polishing. Pads for finishing are for the final touches on your workpiece, since they leave the fewest swirl marks.
These assortments include both foam and wool pads. Foam pads are more delicate and leave fewer swirl marks than wool pads. Wool pads are better at removing deeper defects than foam pads, but they will create more microscopic marks.
Swap out one pad for another in seconds—they mount to your backup pad using hook and loop. Their back is recessed to cover the edge of your backup pad, preventing it from scratching your workpiece.

    Metal Detectable

Minimizing facial hair contamination, these beard covers are often used in food-processing and pharmaceutical plants. They’re made of breathable, lightweight polypropylene mesh. Slip them on and off using the single elastic head strap.
Metal Detectable—Metal-detectable covers have a built-in metal clip that will set off metal detectors if they fall into your food line. They’re also blue, which makes them easy to spot. Use them to help you comply with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) programs.

Quickly swap out buffing and polishing pads on your polisher. These backup pads thread onto your tool's arbor, and their hook and loop backing makes it easy to stick pads on and remove them. They're hard, so they work well with the cushioned material of foam and wool pads. It also means they direct all of the pressure from your tool to your pad for better results with less effort.
