Screw Conveyors
Add on to an existing screw conveyor or keep it running like new.
Screws are designed for right-hand operation. Screws with a thicker edge offer longer service life for abrasive materials.
Discharge spouts can be welded to a cutout in the trough.
Coupling shafts connect two screws together. End shafts support the end conveyor section. Coupling bolts connect shafts to the screw.
End-shaft seals prevent material contamination and discharge.
End-shaft bearings support the end of the shaft and help the screw rotate.
Bearing hangers mount inside the trough.
Hardwood bearings are oil impregnated and are often used in agricultural applications. UHMW bearings work well with chemicals and wet environments. Iron bearings are oil impregnated and offer longer life for abrasive materials. Bronze bearings are oil impregnated.

Air-Powered Vacuum Conveyors for Hose
Air powers these vacuums to create a powerful inline conveyor that moves small parts, shavings, and bulk solids. A small amount of compressed air at the inlet produces a vacuum at one end and a high-output flow at the other. Vacuums have no moving parts and require minimal maintenance. A complete conveying system requires a vacuum plus a filter, regulator (to control flow), duct hose, and air hose (all sold separately). For filters and regulators, the max. scfm rating at 80 psi should be equal to or greater than the air consumption of the vacuum.
Aluminum vacuums are lightweight and corrosion resistant. Steel and stainless steel vacuums are more durable than aluminum so they're better for larger, more abrasive objects such as steel shot and glass beads. Stainless steel is the most corrosion resistant.

Air-Powered Vacuum Conveyors for Threaded Pipe
Air powers these vacuums to create a powerful inline conveyor that moves small parts, shavings, and bulk solids. A small amount of compressed air at the inlet produces a vacuum at one end and a high-output flow at the other. Vacuums have no moving parts and require minimal maintenance. A complete conveying system requires a vacuum plus a filter, regulator (to control flow), pipe, and air hose (all sold separately).
