High-Pressure Brass Threaded Pipe Fittings
These fittings have the strength to handle high-pressure applications. They are brass for good corrosion resistance.
Through-wall fittings are also known as bulkhead couplings and panel-mount couplings; they mount through a wall or panel to create an inlet or outlet.

High-Pressure Plated Brass Threaded Pipe Fittings
The plating on these brass fittings creates a shiny finish and provides extra protection in corrosive environments. Fittings have the strength to handle high-pressure applications.
Nickel-plated brass fittings provide better corrosion resistance than unplated brass fittings.

Nuts for High-Pressure Nipples for Compressed Gas
Slide a high-pressure hose nipple for compressed gas into one of these nuts to connect a pipe to the inlet of a pressure regulator. They are also known as CGA (Compressed Gas Association) nuts and inlet nuts.
Brass nuts have good corrosion resistance and are softer than 316 stainless steel nuts, so they're easier to thread together. Aluminum-plated brass nuts have better corrosion and wear resistance than unplated brass.
Note: Nuts have a CGA, BS, or DIN number that corresponds to a specific type of gas. Choose a nut with the same number as your tank and other system components.

Threaded Round Plugs for Straight-Thread Pipe
Seal tube and hose fittings to keep their straight threads protected from contaminants during fabrication and storage.
Nylon plugs resist chemicals better than aluminum plugs and are more wear resistant than polyethylene plugs. You can install them manually or with a hex-head wrench or socket.

Square Weld Nuts
Square weld nuts have more weld points than hex weld nuts for a stronger hold. Weld them on flat uncoated steel surfaces. All have a collar pilot that assists alignment and prevents welding spatter from getting into threads.

Metric Steel Round-Base Weld Nuts
These weld nuts have a smooth base that provides more contact with the mating surface than weld nuts with projections. The base also acts as a flange to distribute the load. A long barrel ensures secure thread engagement.
Zinc-plated steel weld nuts are corrosion resistant in wet environments.

Stainless Steel Offset-Barrel Narrow-Base Weld Nuts
These weld nuts have an offset barrel so you can position threads near corners. Weld them to flat uncoated steel surfaces for a strong permanent hold. They can be used in channels and tight spaces where round-base weld nuts won't fit.
For technical drawings and 3-D models, click on a part number.
Low-Profile Narrow-Base Weld Nuts with Projections
Projections concentrate the weld and provide room for heat to dissipate. Weld them to flat stainless steel surfaces for a strong permanent hold. They can be used in channels and tight spaces where round-base weld nuts won't fit.
For technical drawings and 3-D models, click on a part number.
Low-Profile Narrow-Base Weld Nuts
Use these weld nuts in low-clearance applications and in tight spaces where round-base weld nuts won't fit. Weld them to flat and uneven uncoated steel surfaces for a strong permanent hold.
For technical drawings and 3-D models, click on a part number.
Metric Aligning Weld Nuts
Threads float inside the retainer so you can install a bolt at a slight angle to align with off-center parts. Weld these nuts to uncoated steel for a strong permanent hold or punch holes in the flanges and secure them with rivets. The retainer is made from C1008-C1010 steel.
For technical drawings and 3-D models, click on a part number.
Drum Plugs
For installation and removal of these plugs, use drum-plug wrenches.
Style D have a M64 thread size, which is also known as Buttress threads.
Drum-plug caps (sold separately) fit over drum plugs to provide dust protection as well as evidence of tampering. They have a breakaway seal and are for one-time use.
