Life Preserver Rings
Throw flotation rings into the water for emergency rescues. The rope that encircles them is made of polypropylene, so it also floats. These rings are United States Coast Guard Approved Type IV for buoyant throwable devices. Made of polyethylene, they resist oil and common chemicals. They are international safety orange with reflective panels to draw attention.
Cabinets have a clear, shatter-resistant plastic window, so you can see inside. The cabinets don’t lock for easy access, just pull the handle to open them.
Attach one end of a throw rope to life preserver rings, so you can retrieve them from the water after emergency rescues. The other end has a ball stop to secure the rope under your foot, preventing the entire rope from slipping into the water. Select a 60 ft. or 90 ft. throw rope based on the size of your vessel and to comply with applicable safety regulations.
Rings and rope that meet OSHA standards help you comply with safety regulations for shipyards and construction sites.
