Small-Hole Deburring Scrapers
 |
Smooth the front and back edges of small holes. These scrapers have a triangular blade that rotes 90° when you push a button on the handle. To deburr the front hole edge, start with the blade facing away from you. Pushing the button rotates the blade so it’s inline with the handle, making it slim enough to pass through the hole. Once it's through, rotate the blade a second time to face back towards the hole so you can deburr the back edge.

Swap out the blades on these scrapers to smooth sheet metal in different thicknesses. The V-shaped blades remove burs from both sides of an edge at the same time. Pull the collar down to change blades. You can also slide the blade holder in or out of the handle and lock it at any length you need.

Small-Hole Deburring Scraper Sets

Keep multiple sizes of scrapers on hand for deburring a range of small holes. Thanks to their triangular blade, you can use these scrapers to smooth out both the front and back edges of a hole. The blade rotates 90° each time you push the button on the base of the handle. To deburr the front hole edge, start with the blade facing away from you. Pushing the button rotates the blade so it’s inline with the handle, making it slim enough to pass through the hole. Once it's through, rotate the blade a second time to face back towards the hole so you can deburr the back edge.
