    Edge-Straightening and Sharpening Knife Steels

    Diamond Abrasive—Remove heavy amounts of material to fix deep imperfections.
    Ceramic Abrasive—Remove light amounts of material to refine and polish your blade edge. They're often used as a finishing step after coarser material removal or for regular touch-ups on blades that are still somewhat sharp.
