    Shielded

Even after millions of flex cycles, this cable transmits reliable signals. Its finely stranded conductors are twisted together like a rope to resist wear from constant bending. Use it in moving equipment such as cable carriers.
Unshielded—Choose unshielded wires when electromagnetic interference (EMI) isn't a concern. Equipment such as motors and pumps may have voltage fluctuations and current spikes that distort signals.
Shielded—A single layer of shielding protects sensitive electronics and control systems by blocking electromagnetic interference (EMI). Otherwise, equipment such as motors and pumps could distort signals.

    Variable-Frequency Drive Motor Cable

This cable is used in variable-frequency drive motors. It has a layer of braid and foil shielding that provides excellent protection against signal interference caused by voltage fluctuations and current spikes. The industry designation is WTTC, so it can be installed in cable trays or raceway in a wind turbine generator. It’s flame rated FT4 to meet requirements for preventing the spread of flames based on a timed test with material mounted to a vertical tray. The insulation resists oil.

    With Uninsulated Ground Wire

Cable with power and control wires has an individually shielded pair of wires that connect to a brake or temperature sensor, reducing the number of cables used in areas with limited space.
Uninsulated Ground Wire—Cable with an uninsulated ground wire has an additional uninsulated ground wire you can use to ground the cable’s foil shielding. Also known as a drain wire, it isn’t counted in the cable’s number of wires.

    Servomotor Continuous-Flex Cable

Connect servocontrollers and servomotors in automated equipment and on assembly lines. This cable withstands continuous motion without degrading data or signal transmission. The polyurethane rubber insulation resists abrasion and oil. It’s flame rated VW-1 to meet requirements for preventing the spread of flames based on a timed test with vertically suspended material.

Cable with power wires sends electricity to run a servomotor.
Double Shielded—Double shielded cable has a layer of braid and foil shielding for better protection against signal interference than braid alone. Use it in environments with high signal distortion, such as near transformers, generators, and heavy duty motors.

Eliminate the need for conduit and cable splices. Made to TC-ER (Tray Cable, Exposed Run) standards, this cable resists impact and crushing force. You can run a single length from stationary equipment to and through moving equipment, such as cable carriers. Support it every six feet to prevent sagging. Even after millions of flex cycles, this cable transmits reliable signals. Its finely stranded conductors are twisted together like a rope, strengthening the cable and preventing fatigue from constant bending.

Type P Cable with Bronze Armor

Transmit power in dirty, corrosive environments such as offshore rigs and ships. This cable is strong enough to resist crushing forces from heavy equipment. Its CPE jacket and tin-plated copper conductors maintain power in areas exposed to chemicals, oil, and salt water. It meets UL 1309 for high-performance marine cables, yet works just as well on land.
Bronze Armor—A layer of bronze armor between the two outer jackets boosts resistance to abrasion, impact, and crushing.

Made to TC-ER (Tray Cable, Exposed Run) standards, this crush- and impact-resistant cable eliminates the cost and hassle of installing conduit. It’s ideal for exposed runs, such as from a cable tray down to a control panel or motor control box. Support it every six feet to prevent sagging. You can flex and bend this cable during installation and adjustments, but it isn't made for continuous motion.
Unshielded—Choose unshielded wires when electromagnetic interference (EMI) isn't a concern. Equipment such as motors and pumps may have voltage fluctuations and current spikes that distort signals.
Double Shielded—With two layers of shielding, this cable offers better protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) than single-shielded cable. It’s often used near transformers, generators, and heavy-duty motors that may have voltage fluctuations and current spikes that distort signals.

    Armored Building Cable

Also known as metal clad (MC) cable, this cable has metal armor that acts as conduit to protect the building wires. It's often used along the exterior of walls to carry power to outlet boxes. It has a ground wire that is not counted in the number of wires.
Hazardous location environmental ratings indicate whether manufacturers have included safety features in products to facilitate their safe use in a hazardous environment. Before selecting a product for a hazardous location, ensure it is rated for your environment.

When others can't take the heat, this cable delivers power in ovens, furnaces, steel mills, and foundries. The PTFE jacket won't degrade and weaken as temperatures rise. It also resists abrasion, chemicals, oil, and moisture.
Fiberglass Fabric over PTFE and Mica Tape—A layer of mica tape, naturally heat resistant and electrically insulating, delivers superior protection against high temperatures.

Prevent wear and tear in rough areas and conditions. Unlike other continuous-flex control cables, the rugged polyurethane jacket on this cable protects against abrasion as well as exposure to chemicals, oil, and moisture. It’s often used in cable carriers in high-production CNC machines that need reliable signals for millions of flex cycles. Its finely stranded conductors are twisted together like a rope to resist wear from constant bending.
Unshielded—Choose unshielded wires when electromagnetic interference (EMI) isn't a concern. Equipment such as motors and pumps may have voltage fluctuations and current spikes that distort signals.

This cable is about two-thirds the diameter of other control cables of the same gauge, so you can fit more cables into the same footprint. The mPPE (modified polyphenylene ether) outer jacket is half the weight of other materials, but still abrasion and tear resistant. This cable controls, monitors, and regulates stationary equipment such as sensors and PLCs. You can flex and bend it during installation and adjustments, but it isn't made for continuous motion.

    Long-Life Continuous-Flex Control Cable

Image of Product. Front orientation. Control Cable. Long-Life Continuous-Flex Control Cable.
Replace cables in your moving equipment less frequently. Often used in cable carriers, this cable lasts 20 million flex cycles, at least twice as long as most other continuous-flex cable. A rugged polyurethane jacket protects it from abrasion and exposure to chemicals, oil, and moisture. This cable maintains reliable signals despite the demands of continuous motion. Inside, finely stranded conductors are twisted together like a rope to strengthen the cable and prevent fatigue from constant bending.

Safely wire control circuits in wet locations such as washdown areas. A water-blocking fiber tape under the jacket of this cable prevents swelling and protects your connection. Use this cable to control, monitor, and regulate stationary equipment such as sensors and PLCs. You can flex and bend this cable during installation and adjustments, but it isn't made for continuous motion.

Ideal for multi-axis, torsional, and bending movements, this cable is often used in robot arms. It will endure millions of flex cycles while sending reliable signals, even when it's twisting. Internally, fine strands of conductors are twisted together like a rope, resisting fatigue from constant bending. On the outside, a rugged polyurethane jacket resists abrasion, chemicals, oil, and moisture.
