Choose these locks if you need locks that each open with a different key and also open with a master key. The cam can be mounted to latch at a single point; for additional strength, position it to drive a bar or rod into as many as two additional latch points. It's the type of latch used with three-point locking systems on filing cabinet doors. You can install them into a round hole instead of the irregularly shaped standard cam hole. This is especially helpful if the material of the door is difficult to cut or part of an existing structure. Two keys are included; master keys are sold separately.

Locks with a fixed latching distance are best when you know the precise distance you need. Since you won’t have to adjust the cam into position, these are faster to install than those with an adjustable latching distance. All have concealed mounting screws to prevent tampering.

Locks with an adjustable latching distance handle a wide range of latching distances, so they’re best for tasks when precise distances are unknown. Adjust the position of the cam before you begin to install them. They project further into the enclosure than those with a fixed distance.
