Clamp thin materials and in tight spaces. Squeeze the handles to open the clamp; release and the spring holds it tightly in place. They have an all-metal construction that makes them good for holding parts while soldering.

Clamps with a hole on the end can be secured to your workholder’s arm, so your hands are free for soldering, gluing, and assembling.

18-8 Stainless Steel Body—18-8 stainless steel clamps resist high temperatures, so you can use them as a heat sink. These clamps are good for soldering because solder won’t stick to them.

17-7 PH Stainless Steel Body—17-7 PH stainless steel clamps resist high temperatures, so you can use them as a heat sink. These clamps are good for soldering because solder won’t stick to them. They have a 700° F maximum temperature for use in electroplating applications.

Aluminum Body—Aluminum clamps are lightweight. They also conduct heat and electricity, so you can use them as a heat sink.

Steel Body—Steel clamps are medium weight and good for holding light materials. Since steel isn’t a good heat conductor, these clamps won’t work well as a heat sink.

Style A—Style A clamps have alligator-grip jaws to hold material securely. They have a textured handle that helps you get a better grip.

Style B—Style B clamps have a textured handle that helps you get a better grip.

Style D—Style D clamps have a plate built into their jaws that lets them apply pressure evenly, without denting or marring what they hold. Use these clamps with ceramics, plastics, and other sensitive materials.

Style E—Style E clamps have a support beam that keeps them upright and balanced. They can hold material for a long time without adding extra pressure.

Styles F, G, H, J, and L—Style F, G, H, J, and L clamps have a long bottom jaw for supporting large material or thin sheets and bars.

Style M—Style M clamps have jaws with three sections: a point for precise contact, a flat area for general gripping, and a curved portion for holding round material.

Keep cardboard box flaps folded down and out of the way, so it's easier to pack heavy and difficult-to-maneuver items. Because you're not reaching over the flaps, filling boxes is more ergonomic and less strenuous on your body. These clips are also useful for boxes that move on conveyors because they keep flaps from sticking out and add weight so the box stays in position.

Plastic—Plastic clips are the most lightweight of our clips.

Aluminum—Aluminum clips are larger and stronger than plastic clips, so they’re good for use on large-capacity cardboard boxes. They’re also heavier and less likely to crack or break from repeated use than plastic clips. Even if they’re run over by a cart, they might bend but they’ll still be usable, unlike plastic clips.

Galvanized Steel—Galvanized steel clips are the heaviest and most durable of our clips, so they’re best for weighing down boxes on conveyors as they travel. These clips won’t slide or move if they’re accidentally hit.

Hangable—Hangable clips have holes to keep them on racks and carts where they're frequently used, so they're on hand when you need them.
