Dispense sealants from cartridges with ease and control.

Ratchet—Ratchet-Mechanism guns only apply pressure to the cartridge while you pull the trigger. They’re good for use with thin materials that require flow control.

Smooth—Smooth-Mechanism guns apply more consistent pressure to the cartridge, so flow continues between trigger pulls. These guns are often used with thick materials that require strength to dispense and maintain flow.

Adjustable Thrust Ratio—Guns with an adjustable thrust ratio let you use the same gun for sealants and caulks with different consistencies. Use a higher thrust ratio to evenly dispense thicker, more viscous sealants and a lower ratio for thinner sealants.

Dual Cartridge Capacity—Guns with a dual cartridge capacity give you more time between refills and let you mix two-part compounds.

Thrust Ratio—To choose a thrust ratio, consider the thickness of the material—thinner materials such as silicone and latex flow easily, so choose a low thrust ratio gun. Thick materials such as urethanes and epoxies require more power to dispense, so choose a high thrust ratio.

Pressure-Monitoring Lever-Grip Grease Guns

Protect sensitive parts, such as motor and bearing seals, from damage by monitoring the pressure of the grease you’re dispensing. These guns have a gauge to let you know see when pressure is too high. To make it easier to remove the dispensing tip when there’s pressure buildup, they have a relief valve to release pressure.

Quick-Prime Lever-Grip Grease Guns

Start greasing faster than standard grease guns and continue with the high output of a lever grip. These guns use vacuum pressure instead of a spring, rod, and follower plate, so they’re ready to go more quickly. A cap seals the bottom of the gun to create vacuum pressure and to prevent grease from leaking and making the gun slippery. They have a lever grip, so they dispense about twice as much grease per stroke as pistol-grip guns. But you’ll need both hands to dispense grease.

These guns aren't compatible with cardboard grease cartridges because they use vacuum pressure.

Quick-Prime Pistol-Grip Grease Guns

Prime these guns faster than standard grease guns and use them with just one hand. Instead of the spring, rod, and follower plate standard grease guns use, these guns use vacuum pressure, so they’re ready to go more quickly. A cap seals the bottom of the gun to create vacuum pressure and to prevent grease from leaking and making the gun slippery. Pistol-grip guns are useful for hard-to-reach lubrication points because they leave you with a hand free to attach the tip to a fitting. Battery-Powered Pistol-Grip Grease Guns

More portable than air-powered options, these guns operate on a rechargeable battery. They have a pistol grip that allows for one-hand operation, so they're better for lubricating hard-to-reach spots than lever-grip guns. To illuminate your lubrication point, they have a built-in light. Pull the trigger using small strokes to deliver small amounts of grease; hold the trigger for a continuous flow. All guns have a spring guard on the nozzle to prevent kinking.

12V DC Battery—12V DC guns require a filler nipple (sold separately) to load grease using a bulk filler pump.

20V DC Battery—20V DC guns have a grease meter that measures the amount of grease dispensed. They also have a level indicator that measures the amount of grease left in the gun.
