    Machine Table Clamps for Round Workpieces

    Secure large, round parts for machining. Often paired with V-blocks, these clamps come with five lengths of chain that you can combine to fit a variety of workpieces. Join them with the included connecting links. These clamps also come with nonmarring pads, which snap into the chain to keep it from damaging your workpiece. One end of these clamps has a cam-locking hook to secure the chain to the table and lock it around the workpiece. The other adjusts the tension, pulling the chain tight for a firm hold. Mount these clamps into slot nuts or fixture plates with socket head cap screws (not included).

    Adjustable Clamps

    The open clamp design permits welding around almost the entire pipe circumference. Secure components with chains and tighten the handles.
    Straight Clamps—Straight clamps are for use with two lengths of straight pipe and with reducers.
    Flange Clamps—Flange clamps are for flanges and straight pipe.
    Adjustable Clamps—Adjustable clamps are for use with straight pipe, elbows, tees, reducers, and risers. They pivot on a hinge to hold components at any angle from 90° to 180°.
    Aluminum Body—Aluminum clamps are lighter in weight than iron clamps.

    Find misalignment across adjacent shafts—these clamps position a dial indicator on each shaft to locate offset or angular misalignment in both the horizontal and vertical axes.
    Continuous—Continuous dials are numbered clockwise around the face for direct measurement.
    Balanced—Balanced dials are more versatile than continuous dials because they help detect misalignment in both directions. They have a center zero with positive values on one side and negative values on the other.
    Back Plunger—Back plungers take up less space in your set up because their plunger sits flush against the shaft. They mount in multiple orientations to fit in a variety of set ups.
    Bottom Plunger—Bottom plungers are oriented best to detect vertical misalignment. They’re also mountable and allow you to see the shaft and dial indicator at the same time, giving you accurate readings.
