Use this oil at pressures up to 50,000 psi. Made with petroleum wax, it repels water and resists corrosion.
Viscosity is the thickness of an oil. The higher the grade, the thicker the oil, and the less it flows.
Petroleum Jelly
Brush on most metal surfaces to provide a layer of protection against corrosion.
Fed. Spec. petroleum jelly meets VV-P-236 for color and melting temperature.
Petroleum jelly lubricates most efficiently within the listed temperature range. Melting temperature is the point at which it will fail and run out of equipment, leaving it to run dry.
