Micrometer Check Gauges
Check for out-of-parallel anvils and determine wear on micrometers. This gauge has nine steps that measure from 0.140” to 0.964”. It comes with a certificate of calibration traceable to NIST that states it has passed a test for accuracy.

Caliper Calibration Checkers
Check your caliper’s inside and outside measurements. These calibration checkers work with electronic, dial, and vernier calipers. They come with a certificate of calibration traceable to NIST that states they’ve passed a test for accuracy.
Depth Micrometer Check Gauges
Confirm your depth micrometer is accurate. These gauges check if your micrometer starts measuring at zero. With six highly accurate reference depth points that range from 1″ to 6″, you can check the accuracy of your depth micrometer and adjust if it comes out of calibration over time. Twist the micrometer's spindle until the tip of the rod is touching the surface of the gauge block and check the reading. Once zeroed, your depth micrometer is ready to measure your parts.

6" | 6 | 1", 2", 3", 4", 5", 6" | ±0.00001" | 2 13/16" | 5 1/8" | 2 13/16" | Steel | Case | 000000 | 000000000 |
Optical Parallels and Flats for Micrometers
Inspect micrometer spindle and anvil tips to identify whether they're worn or out of parallel. These discs help you keep your micrometer measuring accurately, especially after repeatedly measuring hard items such as ball bearings. Place them between the anvil and spindle and look at the resulting light pattern on the glass.
Optical parallels determine if your anvil and spindle are parallel. You’ll know your micrometer is out of parallel if the spindle side reflects a different number of lines than the anvil side. Each parallel includes four discs to check each quarter-turn of your spindle and identify where it has worn down.
Optical flats determine if your anvil is no longer flat. If the lines you see are curved, your anvil is worn.

Go/No-Go Digital Bench-Top Scales
A stack light and audible alarm alert you when packages, products, and parts are too heavy or too light. Also known as check weighers, these scales verify quality and consistency in packing, parts machining, and other activities. Set your weight range, and the stack light tells you if an object is OK to go using three colored lights: one for too heavy, one for too light, and one for just right. Specific measurements appear on a bright, backlit LCD.
The scale's memory stores up to 10 weight ranges, so you can switch from one range to another as your tasks change. In counting mode, the scale tallies the total number of parts based on the weight of a single part. When using a container to hold small items, press the tare button to reset the scale to zero. To print or transfer data to a computer, connect an RS-232 computer cord (not included) to the scale's DB9 port.
