Tilting-Head Bench Vises
The head tilts, rotates, and locks in place to hold work at an angle.
Bolt-on with 2 1/2" jaw width vise can be mounted temporarily using a clamp-on base (sold separately).
Suction-mount vise attaches to smooth surfaces. Use the lever to engage and disengage the rubber suction pad.

For large workpieces, these vises open three times as wide as standard tilting-head vises. The head tilts, rotates, and locks in place to hold your work at an angle. Vises have one smooth jaw and one grooved jaw for clamping flat, round, and uneven workpieces. The 5-lb. weighted base is heavy enough to keep the vise in place but light enough to be portable. For temporary mounting, add a clamp-on base (sold separately).
Vise with self-centering jaws has jaws that move at the same time to keep parts in the center of the vise.

Position your circuit board at a comfortable angle when attaching components. These vises rotate, so you can access the back of your board.
Vises with soldering spool and soldering iron holders keep your material and tools nearby. The soldering spool holder feeds solder wire as your work. When you need to set down your hot iron, rest it in the holder instead of on your work surface.

Use both hands to position and solder components to your circuit board. These vises keep your board stable on a flat surface.
Component positioning stands (sold separately) keep components in place as you solder them through your board.

Rotate these vises to solder both the front and back of your circuit board while preventing static charges from damaging your components. Plastic jaws slowly drain static charges away, minimizing the buildup of electrostatic discharge (ESD). To make soldering components through the holes on your board easier, these vises have a positioning arm that holds your component. This allows you to rotate the board and solder on the opposite side without you needing to hold the component.

Enclosed Battery Holders
Holders have snap-on or screw-on covers to fully enclose and protect batteries.
Holders with a PCB (printed circuit board) connector can be easily joined to a circuit board without soldering. They require a female printed circuit board connector (sold separately). Mount the female connector on a circuit board to serve as the receiving end for these holders.

Electronic Component Positioning Stands
![](/prerenderstable/mvPRE/contents/gfx/imagecache/554/5541n11-@halfx_gglxu_1719254071.png?ver=imagenotfound)
Hold components against your circuit board to keep your hands free for soldering. The arm on these stands pins your component in place with tension and has enough flexibility to keep a variety of differently sized components steady. For extra stability, the base has a layer of silicone foam to prevent slipping. As you're soldering, the heat from your iron won't melt or damage the silicone tip that’s holding your component.
