    Disposable Sticky-Surface Floor Mats

    These floor mats are made up of layers of adhesive-coated sheets. When the top sheet gets dirty, pull the tab to remove it and expose the next clean sheet. Dirt, dust, and other contaminants from shoes and wheels stick to the tacky surface instead of getting tracked into your facility. Ideal for contamination control.
    Floor mats can be used alone or as refills for floor mats with frame, which have a nonskid base that keeps them in place without being secured to the floor. Use on any clean, dry surface.

    Protect sensitive clean room electronics from harmful static charges. Commonly used in pharmaceutical and laboratory Fed. Std. Class 100 and ISO Class 5 clean rooms, these floor mats release a low number of particles into the air. These floor mats also are carbon-filled, so they are conductive, drawing static away from shoes and other sources. Unlike other conductive floor mats that require a grounding cord, these mats are solid rubber so static passes through them into the grounded floor.
    These floor mats are ergonomic, which means they minimize strain and fatigue as you stand. They have tapered edges that won’t curl up and become a tripping hazard. Made of Buna-N rubber, they resist oil, grease, and other liquid spills.

    Reduce the strain and fatigue of standing while working in food-processing and pharmaceutical plants, as well as in clean rooms. These floor mats are USDA certified to meet sanitary design standards, and are suitable for use in clean rooms rated to both Federal Standard and ISO classes. Made of EPDM rubber, they resist abrasion and withstand washdowns with harsh sanitizers and cleaners. Use different color floor mats in different areas of your facility to minimize the risk of cross-contamination. Color coding is often used to help plants follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
