Hazardous Location Clip-On Miniature Flashlights
Clip these little flashlights to any surface up to 1/2” thick and keep your hands free for work. They’re rated for use in environments where ignitable concentrations of flammable or combustible gases, vapors, and liquids are present. They're intrinsically safe for NEC Class I, Division I Groups A, B, C, and D hazardous locations. This means they won't ignite an explosion. With long-lasting, built-in LEDs, they’re more efficient and generate less heat than flashlights with other light technologies. These flashlights cast a spot beam that is bright at the center for long-distance illumination.
Hazardous location environmental ratings indicate where manufacturers have included safety features in products to facilitate their safe use in hazardous environments. Before selecting a product for a hazardous location, ensure it is rated for your environment.

Clip-On Miniature Flashlights
Clip these little flashlights to a baseball cap or a surface to light up your work. They cast a flood beam with a uniform spread of light that’s ideal for close-up tasks.
Styles A-D can clip onto the brim of a hat. These flashlights are also tested against ANSI/PLATO FL 1 standards to confirm the accuracy of performance attributes such as beam distance, impact resistance, and battery life.
Style A come with an elastic band, so you can wear them as a headlamp.
Style C have a gooseneck arm to direct light where you need it. This makes them a good fit for pockets and clipboards.
Style D have a magnetic back you can stick to metal surfaces, and their two-way clip fits over pockets, straps, and other surfaces. The head rotates 180° to aim light where you need it.
On flashlights with color options, the green beam shows more contrast than the red beam, but it can interfere with your ability to see in dark conditions. The red beam lets you see in low light without disrupting your night vision.
IP04- and IP54-rated flashlights are sealed to keep out dripping, splashing, and falling liquids, as well as humidity. IP54-rated flashlights are sealed against dust.

Lights for Brimmed Hats
Light up your work from under your brim. These lights clip onto the rim of a cap or hard hat to keep your hands free from holding a flashlight. They have LED bulbs, which are brighter and less hot than incandescent and halogen bulbs. You can adjust how many lights you have on—one, three, or all five. Or you can set the lights to flash.
