Bench-Top Cold Saws

Cut metal without overheating the blade or your workpiece. These saws use a slow-moving blade with specially designed teeth that transfer heat to the metal chips produced as they cut. Since they keep the blade and workpiece cool, they won’t warp, expand, or harden your material. This makes them great for precise cuts to structural components that need to fit together perfectly. For extra assurance that everything stays cool and to maximize blade life, they also have a built-in coolant system. The coolant keeps the cut area clear of metal chips, so they don’t stick to the blade.
Set them up at any workstation. Compared to standard cold saws, these are more portable, but less powerful.
Light duty saws are lighter in weight than heavy duty saws for easier transport around your facility. However, they’ll vibrate more. They’re best for intermittent use. Swap in a blade with more teeth for a smoother cut.
