ARO Modular Compressed Air Filter/Regulator/Lubricators (FRLs)

An ARO filter, regulator, and lubricator are combined to provide clean, lubricated compressed air at your required pressure. Regulator is relieving style, so it exhausts when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Filter and lubricator have a clear bowl or sight glass so you can monitor the contents inside.
Stacked filter/regulator/lubricators require less horizontal space than inline FRLs. The filter and regulator are joined top-to-bottom with the lubricator on the side.
Mounting brackets allow you to attach the filter/regulator/lubricator to a wall or equipment.
Joiner clamps (sold separately) connect the filter/regulator/lubricator to another ARO modular component with the same series number. They come with mounting brackets.
End block sets (sold separately) allow you to swap out filter/regulator/lubricator components without unthreading your air line connections. The blocks remain connected to your pipe while you replace components between them.

Safety Lockout Valves for ARO Modular
Compressed Air Filter/Regulator/Lubricators (FRLs)

Keep air preparation equipment from starting up during maintenance. In their shut-off position, these valves block incoming air and exhaust downstream pressure. You can also lock them closed with a padlock (not included). These valves help you comply with OSHA regulations for lockout/tagout procedures.
Joiner clamps (sold separately) connect these valves to another ARO modular unit with the same series number. They create compact, airtight connections that are easy to swap out. These clamps come with mounting brackets to attach the valve to a wall or equipment.

A filter and regulator stacked together, these filter/regulators clean your compressed air and maintain the pressure. Connect them to other ARO units in the same series with joiner clamps (sold separately) to customize your air preparation system. The regulator is relieving, so it will exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Add a safety lockout valve to prevent accidental start-ups during maintenance and comply with OSHA lockout/tagout regulations.
Bowls with an automatic drain periodically release condensate into the air, eliminating the need for manual emptying.
Joiner clamps (sold separately) create compact, airtight connections between components, even if the pipe sizes are slightly different. They come with mounting brackets to attach the filter/regulator to a wall or equipment.
End block sets (sold separately) allow you to swap out components without unthreading your air line connections. The blocks remain connected to your pipe while you replace components between them.
Knob-locking clips (sold separately) fit between the knob and the body of these filter/regulators, preventing unwanted pressure adjustments. To make changes, remove the knob and clip, then reattach the knob.

They connect to other ARO units of the same series, even if the pipe sizes are slightly different, so you can customize your air preparation system. Install them in your air line after your filters.
Relieving regulators exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Nonrelieving regulators don’t exhaust any downstream pressure, which is a helpful setup in highly controlled environments. To prevent pressure buildup, manually vent them or use a relief valve.
Joiner clamps (sold separately) create compact, airtight connections between components. These clamps come with mounting brackets.
End block sets (sold separately) allow you to swap out filter/regulator/lubricator components without unthreading your air line connections. The blocks remain connected to your pipe while you replace components between them.

Tamper-Resistant Compressed Air Regulators

Prevent unauthorized or accidental pressure changes to these regulators—they let you lock down the set pressure. Use these regulators to adjust and maintain the pressure of your compressed air. All are relieving regulators, so they exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Install them in your air line after your filters.
Regulators with a knob-locking clip cannot be adjusted when the clip is installed between the knob and the body of the regulator. To adjust the pressure, remove the knob and clip, then reattach the knob.
Mounting brackets (sold separately) attach the regulator to a wall or equipment.
