Festo Modular Compressed Air Filters for Particle Removal

Extend the service life of air-powered tools and equipment by removing particles and water droplets from compressed air. Filters have a clear bowl or a sight glass so you can see inside to monitor contents.
Joiner clamps (sold separately) connect the filter to another Festo modular component with the same series number. They come with mounting brackets to attach the filter to a wall or equipment.
End block sets (sold separately) allow you to swap out filter/regulator/lubricator components without unthreading your air line connections. The blocks remain connected to your pipe while you replace components between them.
Festo Compressed Air Filter Elements for Particle Removal

Replace the filter element in your Festo modular compressed air filter to trap solid particles and water droplets. To extend filter life, choose the coarsest (highest micron) option that still meets your air quality needs. Check the manufacturer series on your filter to ensure compatibility.
Festo Compressed Air Filter Elements for Oil Removal

Also known as coalescing filters, these filter elements fit in Festo modular compressed air filters to remove oil and particles as small as 0.01 microns. Check the manufacturer series on your filter to ensure compatibility.

Festo Modular Compressed Air Filters for Oil Removal

Also known as coalescing filters, these filters remove compressor oil to extend the service life of air-powered tools and equipment. Filters have a clear bowl or a sight glass so you can see inside to monitor contents. To prevent clogs, install a particle filter before the oil filter.

Festo Modular Compressed Air Filter/Regulators for Particle Removal

A filter and regulator joined top-to-bottom, these filter/regulators provide clean, compressed air at the pressure you need. They connect to other Festo units of these same series with joiner clamps (sold separately)—even if the pipe sizes are slightly different—so you can customize your air preparation system. The regulator is relieving, so it will exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure.
Slip a padlock through a hole in the knob to prevent unwanted pressure changes. Add a safety lockout valve to prevent accidental start-ups during maintenance and comply with OSHA lockout/tagout regulations.
Joiner clamps (sold separately) create compact, airtight connections between components. These clamps come with mounting brackets.
End block sets (sold separately) allow you to swap out filter/regulator/lubricator components without unthreading your air line connections. The blocks remain connected to your pipe while you replace components between them.

Festo Modular Compressed Air Filter/Regulator/Lubricators (FRLs)

Made up of a Festo filter, regulator, and lubricator, these FRLs provide clean, lubricated air at your required pressure. They connect to other Festo units of the same series with joiner clamps (sold separately)—even if the pipe sizes are slightly different—so you can customize your air preparation system. The regulator is relieving, so it exhausts when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Slip a padlock through a hole in the knob to prevent unwanted pressure changes. Add a safety lockout valve to prevent accidental start-ups during maintenance and comply with OSHA lockout/tagout regulations.
Inline FRLs are the standard design. Each part can be replaced or repaired on its own, which reduces maintenance costs. Stacked FRLs have a filter and regulator joined top-to-bottom and a lubricator on the side. They require less horizontal space than inline FRLs.
Joiner clamps (sold separately) create compact, airtight connections between components that are easy to swap out. They come with mounting brackets to attach FRLs to a wall or equipment.
End block sets (sold separately) allow you to swap out filter/regulator/lubricator components without unthreading your air line connections. The blocks remain connected to your pipe while you replace components between them.
