Made up of a Festo filter, regulator, and lubricator, these FRLs provide clean, lubricated air at your required pressure. They connect to other Festo units of the same series with joiner clamps (sold separately)—even if the pipe sizes are slightly different—so you can customize your air preparation system. The regulator is relieving, so it exhausts when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Slip a padlock through a hole in the knob to prevent unwanted pressure changes. Add a safety lockout valve to prevent accidental start-ups during maintenance and comply with OSHA lockout/tagout regulations.

Inline FRLs are the standard design. Each part can be replaced or repaired on its own, which reduces maintenance costs. Stacked FRLs have a filter and regulator joined top-to-bottom and a lubricator on the side. They require less horizontal space than inline FRLs.

Joiner clamps (sold separately) create compact, airtight connections between components that are easy to swap out. They come with mounting brackets to attach FRLs to a wall or equipment.

End block sets (sold separately) allow you to swap out filter/regulator/lubricator components without unthreading your air line connections. The blocks remain connected to your pipe while you replace components between them.
