Festo Compressed Air Lubricator Sight Domes

Replace a cracked or lost sight dome on your Festo compressed air lubricator. These sight domes let you keep an eye on how much lubricant is entering your air line. All come with an O-ring to ensure a tight seal.

Festo Modular Compressed Air Filter/Regulator/Lubricators (FRLs)

Made up of a Festo filter, regulator, and lubricator, these FRLs provide clean, lubricated air at your required pressure. They connect to other Festo units of the same series with joiner clamps (sold separately)—even if the pipe sizes are slightly different—so you can customize your air preparation system. The regulator is relieving, so it exhausts when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Slip a padlock through a hole in the knob to prevent unwanted pressure changes. Add a safety lockout valve to prevent accidental start-ups during maintenance and comply with OSHA lockout/tagout regulations.

Inline Components	Stacked Components

Inline Components—Inline FRLs are the standard design. Each part can be replaced or repaired on its own, which reduces maintenance costs.

Stacked Components—Stacked FRLs have a filter and regulator joined top-to-bottom and a lubricator on the side. They require less horizontal space than inline FRLs.

Joiner Clamps—Joiner clamps (sold separately) create compact, airtight connections between components that are easy to swap out. They come with mounting brackets to attach FRLs to a wall or equipment.

End Block Sets—End block sets (sold separately) allow you to swap out filter/regulator/lubricator components without unthreading your air line connections. The blocks remain connected to your pipe while you replace components between them.

Festo Modular Compressed Air Lubricators

Add lubrication to your air supply to extend the service life of air-powered tools and equipment. These lubricators connect to other Festo units of the same series with joiner clamps (sold separately)—even if the pipe sizes are slightly different—so you can customize your air preparation system. You can see inside the bowl to check the oil level for refilling. Adjust the amount of lubricant in the air based on your equipment's performance. If your machine is running loudly or showing signs of wear, increase the amount; if you notice oil building up, decrease it. Install these lubricators in your air line after filters and regulators.

Slow-Start Air-Exhaust Valves for Festo Modular Compressed Air Filter/Regulator/Lubricators (FRLs)

Also known as Monday-morning valves, these valves slowly introduce pressure to reduce surge damage during start-up. When the solenoid is shut off, the valve cuts air to your equipment by exhausting downstream pressure. To ensure compatibility, the valve series number should match the series number on your Festo components.

Joiner Clamps—Connect valves to other Festo modular components with the same series number. These clamps come with mounting brackets.
