    Style C

    Use a single air supply to meet the pressure requirements of multiple applications—connect one of these manifolds to your air line, and then set a different output pressure for each station. All are relieving regulators, so they exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Install in your air line after filters.
    Style B—Style B manifolds are designed for assembly lines, packaging machinery, and other general industrial applications.
    Style C—Style C manifolds are suitable in the high-pressure systems required for sandblasting, molding and machining operations, and conveying.

    Norgren Modular Compressed Air Regulator Manifolds

    Connect two or more of these regulator manifolds to meet multiple pressure requirements from a single air supply—set a different output pressure with each manifold. Each manifold has two regulated outlets and one unregulated outlet. All are relieving regulators, so they exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure.     Filter/Regulator/Lubricator Joiner Clamps—Joiner clamps (sold separately) connect regulator manifolds to each other and other Norgren modular components with the same series number. They come with mounting brackets.
    Filter/Regulator/Lubricator End Block Sets—End block sets (sold separately) allow you to swap out filter/regulator/lubricator components without unthreading your air line connections. The blocks remain connected to your pipe while you replace components between them.

    Supply multiple locations with clean, compressed air at different pressures. These manifolds distribute air from a single supply through regulators with their own pressure controls, so you can adjust each one separately. Regulated air is diverted through an outlet on the back of each regulator, while unregulated air continues through the main line. To control air pressure on the main line, add a standard regulator. All regulators on these manifolds are relieving, so they exhaust when downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure.

    Space-Saving Compressed Air Filter/Regulator Manifolds

    Minimize the footprint of your air preparation system with these all-in-one manifolds—they include a filter, a regulator, a slow-start valve, and a safety lockout valve. Use them to distribute clean, compressed air to up to four locations. Three regulated outlets provide air at the same set pressure, and one unregulated outlet provides high-pressure air for blow guns and other tools. All controls are on the front panel, so you don’t need clearance above or below these manifolds to make adjustments. Since the inlet and outlet ports swivel until tightened, you can connect to your air line without rotating the manifold.
    The filter removes both particles and water, and it has an indicator to let you know when the filter element needs to be replaced. The regulator is relieving, so it will exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. To protect sensitive components from hard starts and surges, the slow-start air-exhaust valve eases pressure into your system. The safety lockout valve keeps the system from starting up during maintenance—lock it with the included padlock and key.
    24V DC—Manifolds that operate on 24V DC have LEDs that indicate if the pressure is above or below your set pressure and if the air supply is on or off. They are ATEX certified for use in hazardous locations.
    IP65 Enclosure Rating—These manifolds are rated IP65 for protection from dust and low-pressure jets of water. When the 1/4 NPT outlets are not in use, cover them with the included threaded plugs to maintain this rating.
