Crimp-On Ferrules for Air and Water Hose
Use ferrules to create a permanent connection between your air- and water-hose and barbed hose fittings. You will need a hose crimper (sold separately) for installation.
Brass and aluminum ferrules have good corrosion resistance. Choose a ferrule with an ID no more than 0.025" larger than your hose OD (measured with the fitting installed); also make sure the ferrule is at least as long as the barbed end of your fitting.
304 stainless steel ferrules offer very good corrosion resistance. Choose a ferrule with an ID no more than 0.031" larger than the hose OD (measured with the fitting installed).

Hose-Crimping Pliers
As you squeeze the handles, the vise-like jaws lock tightly onto the ferrule to secure barbed fittings onto your hose. To select the correct pliers, measure the hose OD and select the next larger size "For Hose OD" below.

Lever-Operated Crimpers with Dies
Crimpers are furnished with five removable dies that crimp air and water hose. Place your hose, ferrule, and barbed fitting into a die that's inserted in the crimper. Press the lever to crimp the fitting onto the hose. Fasteners not included. Hose OD compatibility is measured without the fittings installed.
Individual dies (sold separately) allow you to crimp sizes of air and water hose from 0.385" to 0.843" OD.

Place your hose, ferrule, and barbed fitting into a die that's inserted in the crimper. Press the lever to crimp the fitting onto the hose. Use with aluminum or brass ferrules. Fasteners not included.
Individual dies (sold separately) allow you to crimp large sizes of air and water hose from 3/4" to 1 3/8" OD (measured without the fittings installed).

Wire-Rope-Travel Hoist Cable Trolley Systems
Also known as festoon kits, these systems keep your hoist’s cable or hose tangle-free and out of the way. They consist of a series of small trolleys that travel on the included wire rope, carrying your cable or hose along with them. Because these systems mount to the side of your crane, they require minimal structural support. Round cable, air hose, and flat cable are sold separately.
Additional parts can be used to expand a trolley system or build your own trolley system.
Minimum required cable/hose length is based on 6 ft. of cable or hose between trolleys plus an additional 7 1/2 ft. at each end.

Styles C-E slide open from the top so you can install them on an existing wire rope without having to unhook it and stretch it again.
Style C hold two runs of cable or hose. This saves the space and hassle of installing a second wire rope and trolley system.
Zinc-plated steel trolleys resist corrosion in humid and washdown environments. They are more durable than plastic trolleys.
