    Hammer-On Hook-Style Conveyor Belt Lacing

    This low-profile lacing requires only a hammer to install so it's good for repairs and tight spaces. Also known as alligator lacing, the lacing teeth bite into the belt to hold. The one-piece design runs smoothly over idler rollers without catching on conveyed products. Lacing can be cut to size with wire-cutting pliers.

    Style C

    Conveyor belt lacers quickly clinch lengths of lacing in a single operation. To lace belts wider than the working width, repeat the lacing operation.
    Note: Lacers work with lacing in all leg and point styles for a given lace number.
    Style A—Style A lacers mount in a vise.
    Styles B and C—Styles B and C lacers are wider for more efficient installation.
    Conveyor Belt Lacer Holding Strips—Holding strips (sold separately) are required for Styles B and C to load the lacing.

    Alligator Lacing Sets for Flat Conveyor Belts

    Often used to join conveyor belt seams, use this lacing for a tight hold with uniform tension across the width of your belt. Once installed, joints are flush with the belt surface on both sides, so teeth run smoothly over idlers and don’t catch on conveyed materials. Use the included removable hinge pins to connect the lacing between two belt ends.

    The hooks on this lacing are staggered for a strong, yet low-profile connection. Also known as clipper lacing, use a lacer to quickly clinch hooks into belts.
    Note: Two laces are required for each joint.
    Standard Cardboard Sheet Lacing—Standard cardboard sheet lacing is for use on flat and troughed conveyors.
