Mounting Rod Brackets for Conveyors
Brackets mount to the frame of a conveyor to hold mounting rods.
Style B, D, P, and Q brackets have grooves to accept square rods.
Style E, F, G, H, L, and M brackets have knobs for quick adjustments.
Style F brackets have two separate mounting holes.
Style H and M brackets include a spring-loaded rod that attaches to a guide rail. A push on the knob moves the rod and guide rail for fast, consistent adjustment. The spacer can be cut to the length needed for adjustments between two positions.
Style L, M, and N brackets have a swivel head for added versatility when mounting at an angle.

Mounting Rod Connectors for Conveyors
Also known as cross blocks, these connectors join rods at different angles.
Connectors for square or hexagon rods have grooves in their round bores to grip rods with corners.
Style A, C, D, J, K, M, P, and R connectors can be permanently installed on both ends.
Style E and F connectors can be permanently installed on the nut end and quickly adjusted on the other end using the knob.
Turn the knobs on Style G and H connectors to make quick vertical and horizontal adjustments.
Style L and Q connectors have a knob for making quicker adjustments than connectors with nuts, which require tools for adjustments.

Conveyor Guide Clamps

Clamps hold guide rails in place or join ends of a rail together.
Use some clamps with threaded mounting rods or mounting brackets to hold guide rails in place. Styles J and R have a hex-shaped hole that holds the bolt as you fasten the other side. Style F connects a guide rail to a mounting rod, mounting bar, or sensor bar.
Style H has a rod slot for connecting a guide rail to an unthreaded, solid mounting rod.
