Conveyor guides direct and position material.
Wear strips act as a sliding surface for conveyed items, reducing friction between the item and conveying frame. Made of UHMW polyethylene, they’re durable. These strips are made of FDA listed material for use in food and beverage conveying applications.
Rollers keep things moving where items tend to jam. They help maintain proper alignment and prevent items from moving off course. Attach them to threaded mounting rods or brackets with a 5/16”-18 bolt (mounting bolt sold separately for Style H). Style H rollers are made of FDA listed material for use in food and beverage conveying applications.

Build-Your-Own Conveyor Guides
Choose the channel and wear strip or brush you need for your application. Mount the channel with a bolt and hex nut (not included), then slide the wear strip or brush into the channel.
Wear strip guides are low friction. Styles C-E are suitable for use in food and beverage conveying applications.

Protective Covers for Conveyors
Protect conveyed material from dust, debris, and other contaminants. All of these covers are FDA compliant for food and beverage conveying.
PETG plastic covers are more chemical resistant than ABS plastic but not as scratch resistant.
Metal-detectable ABS plastic covers are best when metal detection and retrieval are essential, such as in food processing applications. Made with metal additives, they set off metal detectors if any part falls into your line, so it won’t leave your facility.
