Inspect parts for defects as they pass over a backlit section of these conveyors. Light shines up through the semi-clear belt to illuminate parts, making it easy to see differences in color, texture, or even what's inside. The flat belt surface keeps parts steady as they move, so they're great for moving small, loose, and irregularly shaped parts that might fall through or catch on roller and skate wheel conveyors. Use the built-in speed controls to slow down these conveyors to 10 fpm as you're inspecting parts. Or flip a switch to reverse the belt's travel if you need to send a part back. With a slim profile and small footprint, they'll fit in areas with limited space.

Plug them in and they're ready to go. To customize your setup, these conveyors have continuous T-slots along the rails for attaching side rails, guides, and custom equipment.

Add brackets to mount these conveyors on a work surface or use two stands for freestanding use. Stands mount to conveyors with the included fasteners and have leveling feet to compensate for uneven floors. They adjust to match the height of existing conveyors or stations.

Cross braces are recommended for all stands to add stability. They reduce vibration when the conveyor is operating and moving material.
