Seal out contaminants around wire, cable, cords, pipe, and tubing in food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical plants. These grommets are made of nonporous silicone rubber and smooth, corrosion-resistant stainless steel to prevent bacteria and other contaminants from building up. They're also FDA compliant for direct contact with food. Locate the cutting lines on the exterior or underside of the grommet, then trim to the hole diameter you need.

Sanitary Split Sealing Grommets

These grommets prevent contamination around wire, cable, cords, pipe, and tubing you’ve already installed. Often used in food-and-beverage and pharmaceutical plants, they're made of nonporous silicone and smooth, corrosion-resistant stainless steel to prevent bacteria from building up. To install, trim along the ridge to create the hole diameter you need. Then wrap the grommet around your line, clamp the staples to seal the grommet, and screw the flange onto the surface.

Sanitary Liquid-Tight Stainless Steel Cord Grips

With a smooth finish and no exposed threads, these cord grips are free of crevices where bacteria could grow, reducing the risk of foodborne illness. Their seals are also FDA compliant for direct contact with food. Both the body and locknut are stainless steel, so they won’t corrode if exposed to moisture or mild chemicals, such as the ammonia in cleaning solutions. IP and NEMA rated, these cord grips block out dust and water, even during washdowns.
