Steam- and Chemical-Resistant Viton® ETP Fluoroelastomer Cord Stock
Our most chemical-resistant cord stock. Made of Viton® ETP fluoroelastomer, this cord stock resists steam and harsh chemicals, including hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, and other strong acids and bases. It also withstands aggressive ketones, such as MEK. It’s often used to seal equipment that’s exposed to strong solvents or cleaners, such as etching machines and pharmaceutical pumps.
Make-your-own O-ring kits (sold separately) include everything you need to cut and bond this cord stock.
