Panel-Mount Electrically Actuated Counters with Output Relay
Wire these counters up to an electrical pulse-emitting switch, sensor, or encoder for use on machine tools, packaging machinery, or other equipment. They display the set point and count incoming pulses. When the counter reaches the set point, an output relay sends a signal to another device. The signal can start/stop a process or trigger an alarm.
Counters with a backlit display have good visibility in low-light conditions. They’re UL and C-UL recognized components and are CE marked, so they meet American, Canadian, and European safety standards.

For quick installation, this counter fits standard DIN panel cutouts. Wire it up to an electrical pulse-emitting switch, sensor, or encoder for use on machine tools, packaging machinery, or other equipment. An output relay sends a signal to another device when the counter reaches a set point. The signal can start/stop a process or trigger an alarm. A gasket provides protection from direct water sprays (meets IP65). UL Recognized Component, C-UL Recognized Component, and CE marked, this counter meets American, Canadian, and European safety standards.

Combination Switch-Contact/Electrically Actuated Counters with Output Relay
You can set these counters up to count with or without voltage inputs based on the switch, sensor, or encoder you have. An output relay sends a signal to another device when the counter reaches a set point. The signal can start/stop a process or trigger an alarm. If power is lost, count backup maintains the count and programming backup maintains settings.
Password lockout prevents tampering and accidental loss of data. A scaling function lets you adjust the unit of measure to suit your application.
Counter rated NEMA 4X is protected from dust and washdowns and can be used outdoors.

Count metallic objects as they touch or pass within 0.059" of this counter's built-in sensor. It has an output relay to send a signal to another device when a set point is reached. The signal can start/stop a process or trigger an alarm. A scaling function lets you adjust the unit of measure to suit your application. Electrically Actuated Hour Meters with Output Relay
Display running time on a machine so you can schedule preventative maintenance. These counters have two displays. One display shows the total running time and cannot be reset; the other shows the time elapsed since the last maintenance and can be wired for remote reset. The output relay turns on an indicator light and sends a signal to another device when the counter reaches a set point. The signal can start/stop a process or trigger an alarm.

Large-Display Counters/Ratemeters with Output Relay
At a glance, quickly read counts and rates in units, such as gallons per minute. The display on these counters/ratemeters is visible up to 130 ft. away—almost half of a football field—and gets brighter or dimmer based on your lighting. They have an output relay, so you can program them to start or stop a process or trigger an alarm when they reach their setpoint. These counters/ratemeters count using either a voltage or switch contact input, so they work with most sensors, encoders, and switches. You can wire them to reset remotely.
Press the button on the display to toggle between the count and rate. You can also program these counters/ratemeters to toggle automatically between the count and rate every few seconds. With the scaling function, you can change the unit of measure. Hardwire them to power the display. They have a programming backup, so if you lose power you won't lose your settings.
IP65 and NEMA 4X rated, these counters/ratemeters stand up to dust, rain, snow, and washdowns.
