Counters with Proximity Sensor
Count metallic objects as they touch or pass within 0.059" of this counter's built-in sensor. It has an output relay to send a signal to another device when a set point is reached. The signal can start/stop a process or trigger an alarm. A scaling function lets you adjust the unit of measure to suit your application. Counter and enclosure are protected from dust and washdowns and can be used outdoors (rated NEMA 4X). Drill through the back of the enclosure to mount to a wall or work surface.

Surface-Mount Air-Actuated Counters
These counters register up to 600 pulses of compressed air per minute. Counts decrease as air hose length increases; the hose length should not exceed 2 1/2 ft. to reach 600 counts per minute. Pressure must drop to 0 psi between pulses.
Electric-Motor-Actuated Hour Meters
With a sensor that’s activated by your electric motor’s magnetic field, these meters show the motor’s running time. To mount the meter sensor to your motor, use the adhesive back.

Resettable counter alerts the user when the count reaches a set point.
Vibration-Actuated Hour Meters
Record the running time of machines and vehicles that vibrate while operating. These meters are battery powered, so they don’t require any special wiring or external power source. IP67 or IP68 rated, they seal out water from temporary submersion.
Style D meters let you switch between two sensitivity levels to prevent inaccurate counts during transport.

Preventative Maintenance and Inspection Indicators
Mount these indicators to your equipment, and their bright LED will catch your attention when it’s time for maintenance or inspection. They’re commonly used to keep track of maintenance on production lines and HVAC systems, or paired with inspection tags on fire extinguishers and eye wash stations.
When first set, these indicators flash a dark green and then a light green color every two minutes. As a scheduled inspection approaches, they flash a yellow light every 10 seconds. And when an inspection is past due, they blink red every two seconds. Reset indicators to start the countdown again. They meet IP65, so they seal out dust and low-pressure washdowns.

Tachometers/Hour Meters for Gas Powered Engines
Continuously measure the speed and running time of your engine to monitor its performance and detect mechanical issues early. These meters can be programmed based on engine run time to light up for maintenance reminders, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections.
