Countersunk Tooth Lock Washers

These washers grip flat- and oval-head countersunk screws, so you get a secure hold without overtightening. They resist loosening in applications with constant motion, such as conveyors. Tooth lock washers typically can't be reused because the teeth often get bent when tightened.

External Tooth

Teeth on the outside edge bite into both the screw head and the mating surface to lock the assembly in place.

DIN 6798—Best for slightly bumpy or irregular surfaces because the teeth are angled to make even contact with the material.

Highly Corrosion-Resistant 316 Stainless Steel Binding Barrels and Screws for Door Hardware

These 316 stainless steel binding barrels and screws have excellent resistance to chemicals and salt water. Use them to anchor door closers, kickplates, and other architectural hardware. The barrel head is smooth with no drive to be tampered with on the outside of your door, and the screw has a flat head that sits flush with the surface for a finished look. The screw protrudes from the barrel to leave room for hardware. Install in a hole with a diameter equal to the barrel diameter. Barrel length and screw length are measured from under the head.
