Hose Crimpers for Hydraulic Hose Fittings

Permanently seal a crimp-on fitting onto your hydraulic hose to create a leak-tight connection. Bring these crimpers with you to put together hose assemblies on the spot—no need to lug hoses back to your shop. Made in the U.S., these tools are compatible with a wide range of Parker hoses and fittings. Slide your hydraulic hose fully into the crimp-on fitting and use these tools to crimp the connection.

For Open Seals—Sealers for open seals cut two notches on each side of the seal with one operation.
For Closed Seals—Sealers for closed seals cut a single notch on each side of the seal with one operation. For best results, apply two notches per seal.

Use these tensioners to draw metal strapping tight around packages. These tensioners hold the bottom strap while either a feedwheel or gripper bites into the strap and tightens it.
Note: To match with compatible metal strapping, choose items with the same strapping material, width, and thickness or material and strapping group number.
For Open Seals—Tensioners for open seals are for use on flat surfaces. Strapping is wrapped around the package and overlapped on top.
For Closed Seals—Tensioners for closed seals are for use on irregular surfaces as well as rounded objects. Place the seal on one end and fold strapping back to form a hook, and then slide the other end of the strapping through the seal. Tensioners push against the seal as they tighten strapping.
Styles A-C—Style A, B, and C tensioners have a lever handle that you squeeze to tighten the tension. They have unlimited ratcheting take-up, so they can be continually tensioned until tight.
Style D—Style D tensioners have a wing handle that you spin to tighten the tension. They have limited ratcheting take-up, so they can only be tensioned to a certain point before they need to be reset. When the gripper moves all the way back to the handle, you’ll know they need to be reset.

These tensioners apply extreme tension on plastic strapping to hold it tight around packages. They hold the bottom strap and tension the top strap by winding it around a take-up wheel. They have a built-in cutter for removing excess strapping.
Note: To match with compatible strapping, choose items with the same strapping material, width, and thickness or material and strapping group number.
Soft Gripping Foot—Tensioners with a soft gripping foot won’t fray strapping as you tighten, so they’re often used on soft, woven strapping. The smooth teeth on the foot aren’t as sharp as the inclined teeth on a standard gripping foot, but they still have a strong hold.

These tensioners apply maximum tension to pull strapping more tightly around packages than standard tensioners for metal strapping. They work on irregular surfaces as well as rounded objects. Place the seal on one end and fold strapping back to form a hook, and then slide the other end of the strapping through the seal. Tensioners push against the seal as they tighten strapping, creating high tension without slip. Pull strapping tight manually before applying tension.
Note: To match with compatible strapping, choose items with the same strapping material, width, and thickness or material and strapping group number.
